Shipping Policy

We want you to be happy! We will gladly provide a refund for unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and the shipping time is between 5-8 days.

 

Moving forward, all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service, which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch in order to confirm delivery information.

We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented to protect you and ensure we can continue operating as normal.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@dunasty.com

with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@dunasty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy here
